Online Exam Guidelines

To ensure a smooth online exam experience, please carefully read the following guidelines:

1. Exam Preparation

  • Exam Time: Please ensure you log in early to the exam platform and complete the exam within the designated time. Confirm the start time from your exam notice or platform notification.
  • Device Requirements: Ensure your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) meets the exam requirements. A stable internet connection is crucial to avoid disconnections.
    • It is recommended to take the exam on a computer instead of a mobile phone.
    • Browser: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge browsers are recommended. Avoid using Safari or outdated browser versions.
  • Exam Environment: Please make sure your exam environment is quiet and tidy to avoid any distractions.
  • Network Check: Test your network connection in advance to ensure a stable speed. Avoid using public Wi-Fi; it is better to use a wired connection or reliable home Wi-Fi.

2. Login and Identity Verification

  • Account Login: Please log in to the exam platform in advance to verify your personal information and confirm the exam subject.
  • Identity Verification: Follow the platform's instructions for identity verification if required. Ensure the verification process is completed as instructed.

3. During the Exam

  • Prohibited Activities: Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited during the exam. Using unauthorized tools, materials, or seeking assistance from others will result in severe consequences.
  • Time Management: Make sure to complete the exam within the allocated time. The system will automatically submit your answers after the exam ends, and no further submissions will be allowed.
  • Answering Tips: Follow the exam instructions carefully and answer all questions. Avoid skipping questions or making duplicate submissions.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems (such as system crashes or lag), please promptly contact technical support through the following email: Student@uvt.us.org. Be sure to provide relevant screenshots as evidence.

4. After the Exam

  • Submit Your Exam: Once the exam ends, the system will prompt you to confirm your submission. Ensure all questions have been answered before submitting your exam.
  • Confirmation of Submission: After submitting, the system will show a "Submission Successful" message. Please ensure this message appears to avoid submission errors.
  • Exit the Exam: After submitting, click to exit the exam interface. Ensure you have successfully exited.
  • Exam Feedback: Some platforms may provide an option to complete an exam feedback or survey. Please consider filling it out to help improve the exam experience.

5. Additional Notes

  • Timely Communication: If you encounter any issues during the exam, please immediately contact the exam platform's customer service or proctor to ensure a quick resolution.
  • Compliance with Exam Regulations: Ensure you follow all platform rules to maintain integrity and fairness during the exam.

6. After Exam Matters

  • Result Check: After the exam, you can check your results according to the platform's guidelines or notifications.
  • Review and Feedback: If you have any questions or concerns regarding the exam process or content, feel free to provide feedback to help improve the system and experience.
